New-Global Corporation Opens New European Headquarters in Madrid, Spain

NEW YORK, June 10, 2004 / -- New Global Corporation, a leading provider of multilingual communication services and technologies, today announced that it will open its new European headquarters in Madrid, Spain. The new headquarters will support planned sales growth in Europe over the next 12 months as well as projected growth well into the future.

Bruno V. Mazzilli, Director of European Operations for New-Global, said, “Our new corporate headquarters in Europe will allow us to continue to grow our business throughout Spain and Europe. The offices will also serve as a symbol of our commitment to serve our European clients even better, with an expanded Client Services group to meet their needs.”

Mr. Mazzilli continued, “Based on our service growth within Spain, and from all economic indicators, we continue to view the Spanish market as an attractive opportunity looking forward. The Spanish market has experienced significant growth over the past 10 years, and we see only positive signs for the future as well.”

Over the most recent 20 year period, from 1980 – 2000, Spain’s GDP growth ranks 18 th in the world — surpassing all G7 economies, including: the U.S. (ranked 24); U.K. (27); Japan (28); Italy (38); France (41); Canada (43); and Germany (45).

More recently, from 1998 – 2002, Spain is ranked number 10 in the world for average annual GDP growth, surpassing even the U.S. (ranked 14) and Japan (30). In Europe, Spain’s average GDP growth has surpassed France (18), the Netherlands (19); the U.K. (20); Italy (25); and Germany (28). In summary, out of the top 20 European nations from 1998 – 2000, Spain’s GDP growth has been ranked number 5, showing great promise as a thriving economy for New-Global expansion.

The new headquarters in Spain, expected to be completed by October 1, 2004, will be located in Madrid’s established business district of Chamberi. The offices are close to many leading corporations such as Citibank, Barclays Bank, and many others, as well as near Madrid’s metro.
