New-Globalsite (NGS) 4.0 is affordable and can be rapidly deployed, easily configured and maintained, and scaled to adapt to growing business needs. As a scalable web-based platform, NGS 4.0 is designed to handle even high volume document management and translation needs.

NGS 4.0 is a continuation of the industry leading translation management software that was developed by New-Global, specifically for web-based project management. The new release of the v4.0 product will include newer features that allow for enhanced project management of translations in globally distributed work environments.

The latest release of the NGS product suite will allow global translation agencies, freelance professionals, and other document-intensive organizations to easily manage the workflow of their documentation from any computer over the internet. The technology employed in NGS 4.0 will help these professionals easily take advantage of superior web technologies that were previously attainable only by large enterprises with significant IT budgets.

With NGS 4.0, users will have the ability to automatically generate document translation orders in virtually any file format; input internal reference numbers for instant order tracking; search by document name or status; automatically track order delivery by remote workers; and easily manage accounting and billing over the web.

Also, these individuals can track their payments online, saving them significant time and money. Freelance professionals can automatically generate an invoice for their services, saving them hours each month and ensuring accurate accounting for them as individual business owners.

Harish Armani, chief project lead for the NGS 4.0 development, added, “What makes NGS 4.0 unique is that it actually adds value downstream, to the individual translator. Many of these freelance professionals do not have robust accounting systems, and translation accounting is inefficient, so the feedback from freelancers has been overwhelmingly positive.
