New-Global Corporation Names Bruno V. Mazzilli as Director of European Operations
New-Global Europe is Established

NEW YORK, April 21, 2004 / -- New Global Corporation, a leading provider of multilingual communication services, today announced that Bruno V. Mazzilli has been appointed Director of European Operations for New-Global.

Mr. Mazzilli, a native of Spain, brings to New-Global valuable experience as both a professional manager and a director of business development. He arrives to New-Global from Union Fenosa, the Spanish energy conglomerate, where he was a manager in the business development division focusing on mergers and acquisitions throughout Europe, the U.S. and Latin America.

During his tenure at Union Fenosa, Mr. Mazzilli oversaw a variety of investment opportunities including those of several established translation services in Europe and in the U.S.

At New-Global, Mr. Mazzilli will concentrate on the growth and development of New-Global’s operations in Europe. He will be responsible for development of local production facilities, client service, and development of New-Global’s professional staff in Europe. In addition, Mr. Mazzilli will focus on building the sales and marketing division for Europe.

New-Global Board of Directors member, Ruby Martin-Leyes, emphasized the important role that Mr. Mazzilli will play in overseeing translation operations, management, and business development in Europe. “Bruno brings invaluable business development experience to New-Global, and we’re pleased to have such a strong player join the company. The appointment of Mr. Mazzilli will take place May 1, 2004. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Mazzilli will work with New-Global executives from the U.S. to acquire offices in Madrid, Spain where European headquarters will be based.
